Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Early Careers Development Programs and Inclusive Recruiting to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Design and enhance early careers development programs, including apprenticeship and school-to-work initiatives, to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs. • Lead inclusive recruiting strategies that expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen equitable hiring outcomes across the region. • Coordinate participant placement, rotations, and career progression activities to ensure a seamless and engaging program experience. • Foster meaningful candidate and participant experiences through onboarding, mentoring, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives. • Advise recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies that improve hiring effectiveness and consistency. • Analyze program and recruiting data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven talent decisions. • Drive operational excellence by developing standard work, documentation, and scalable processes that improve program effectiveness and compliance. • Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
